Tau yes they are cool

Howdy,

Iv been more at work now in the hobby and I sort of got the spark back when i sa that the tau are coming next year Q1, yes it is just rumors now. But this is GW we are talking about ones the talk starts on the net you know that there are going to pop out stuff at that date. And i have been pumpt about the new tau, what im hoping the most for is some sort of big ass robot and new suties and a codex that will not sux big time. 

They are not uber bad to play but they are far from a faction that is good, they need a lot of play to get the hang of. And it will be fun to get in to this guys, my need got a break now. They are fun to play but i never win any games and that did not cut it for me. Im not a bad looser but you need to win now and then to keep you going the biggest problem for me is that i do crap rolls. +2 save and i get a 1 +3and i get a 2 and so on just bad luck all the way. And im also tired of ppl just running me over whit all the fucking mech they put in my face. 

And that is also a big problem for the nidz as they lack the anti-tank we need. any how bit off topic now and tau is the focus now. yes im moving over to them now as i was talking about in my other post and here are some wips on some suties iv been working on. 

the did get clean up yesterday and got a lot of the paint off of them, they had 4 layers of paint on !!!! and the feet where super glued on to the base. So there was only one way to get them of and that was whit the saw when i got the feet of. 

It was time to pimp out the base a bit, i dont care about LoS for them as if the get a shoot they will go down. going for a good looking army here.

Iv been dead for a bit that is cuz iv been fixing school and some work now. But lets not talk about boring stuff like life let get to the hobby :D Im soon happy yo say that all the DE are done so close to have them done now but my wife stole my painting tabel that made me mad gggrrrr on her. But i did spend some time to clen up my tau army that is going to be my main 40k army from now on why tau u ask??

1. Tau was that army that i feel in love first when i got in to the hobby last year
2. you can paint up a army in time TT++
3. you can have all the models in a small army bag
4. then look bad ass and i love mech (robots)
5. the fluff to the faction is good and i like it a lot
6. new codex on the way and i smell some cool ass models coming out baby!!!

well there you have some of my reasons for going over to tau, i will still paint on my nidz but for now they will get to sleep a bit. it be nice to get some more games where i can win or at least tie the game. and i also need to start looking for some new paint jobs so that i get in some extra money. 

well that is a small update on what im doing atm, feel that there will be a lot of stuff coming out soon from my side.

The Stalker

Howdy ppl,

to day i will do a post about my stalker that i did a while back. It was a guy that i play against in a tournament that asked me how i have made my stalker and where i got the Ide from. Will the Ide was that i did not like the rolled up crab post on them. In the book you can read that they are fast going bonejacks and that they are all over the place. So i wanted some sort of action pose where they where going for the kill, I did a small Google search over the net to se if some one had the same ide as me. And sure there was some dud that had the same ide as me. And looking at his stalker gave me a big boost to do my own, i like how he gave the stalker a lot of life in the pose as he is soaring through the air.    

So i got to work on my own stalker, it took me some time to build it and i don´t know how many will se the big problem whit my stalker (got it in second hand) but the dude that had it b4 me feelt that it was a good ide to cut of part of the leg. so the left leg is missing a big part haha did not get that for a while and i was so mad that the pieces did not feet. But the i sa it for me self and said "god damn it !!!!" 

Then came the pose for the crab man, i did not want to do the same as on the images above. So i went for the run over a rock to kill the dude on the other side of it. What i did was make a hole for the leg in the cork to then fill it up whit a lot of super glue so that the leg will not break of. Let it dry good over the night and did my priming the day after in Cryx green. And that is how my stalker was born, hope this has been a fun articular on what was going on in my head.

howdy ppl,

I have now found my lost motivation to paint ones more, just need to paint up the last DE and then it is all system go for my Warmachine army. As a carrot for my self i have now build up a lot of stuff so that it can look at me and tell me to speed up!!!! the sad thing is that when i was working on my nebra here left arm just broke BOOMM just like that. I did get a tear in my eye and i also got a bit pisst that they snap so easy.

I have sent a mail to PP and ask them for a new arm so i will se what happens, in the mean time i spent the day to day to put in magnet in to my helljacks so that they to are ready to go. Need to paint 50p for next year big tournament going down then. so i need to have them TT++ so that i can win the best painted army. that is my main goal whit the amry to win some games is awsome but i feel that my power is in the paint.

now to show off some WIP´s that will motevait me to paint ones more.
